- Better Ratings for companies having one or more cooperations
According to a study of the University Muenster companies having one or more cooperations receive significantly better credit ratings than companies without cooperations, because they are being considered to be fitter for survival in the market.

- Cooperations are major drivers for innovations
In 2013, the “EU performance indicator” has identified Germany on position 2 after Sweden in terms of innovative strength. Cooperations operated by smaller and medium companies with other companies or research institutions are being mentioned as major drivers for innovative strength. Further key drivers for innovations are revenues from abroad for licence and patent fees and community trademarks. Cooperations are an important instrument for the exploitation of license and patent rights.
