Our expertise has been gained through long-term experience while successfully acting within business ecosystems on innovative industrial fields. In our work we use methods of cybernetic systems analysis as well as insights of industrial psychology. With that expertise we support our customers in development, management and optimization of cooperations with business partners on the basis of win-win constallations. Such cooperations are much more complex than typical customer-supplier relationships. Successful cooperations can be reliably controlled, are commercially calculable and are, wherever possible, safeguarded by a special cooperation agreement. The can generate a considerable added value but do on the other hand contain as well risks needing careful management.
